Students from SU Zoilo Gracia Zayas, Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico who are 8th grade graduating students with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and are actively involved in their community through community service, sports, or the arts.
You must submit a completed application by the First Friday of April. The application must be accompanied by an essay (min of 3 paragraphs or 300 words) and a character reference letter on company letterhead. Essay topics will be provided every year.

The scholarship amount ranges from $250 to $800.
Yes, there is a minimum GPA requirement of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale, which must be certified by a school counselor on letterhead.
The character reference letter is due with the application and must be on business letterhead, accompanied by a school counselor’s certification of GPA.

The scholarship is not automatically renewable, but you may reapply for it each year if you meet the eligibility criteria.
